Your investment is secured by a second-ranking mortgage over both properties. The transaction results in an estimated equity surplus of approximately €7 million. The second-ranking mortgage provides security for your investment. The 9% Real Estate Financing holds a security position with a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 60–80%.
