Our team

Sebo Eelkman Rooda is an entrepreneur and financial expert with an academic background in business economics, having graduated from Erasmus University. He brings over 30 years of experience, including roles at renowned Anglo-Saxon organisations as well as serving as director and owner of his own companies. His areas of expertise include strategic management, asset management, and commercial real estate. In addition, he has held various supervisory positions, including non-executive directorships. Sebo is known for his analytical acumen, integrity, and client-focused approach.

Michelle Beenes completed an internship at LyondellBasell during her Office Management studies at Schoevers. After graduating, she joined ER Capital as a permanent employee in 2013. Michelle supports the management and executive team at ER Capital.

Aijia Ji is ER Capital’s Controller. She is a qualified chartered accountant, trained at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Previously, she worked at EY as a Senior Auditor and at Nationale Nederlanden as a Controller.

Olga Klanderman is the Chief Commercial Officer at ER Capital and is responsible for marketing, sales, and investor relations. She has extensive experience in senior commercial and strategic roles in both national and international contexts and brings deep expertise in developing and implementing scalable commercial strategies within high-growth organizations. 

Eva Olde Monnikhof has held the position of Director of Marketing, Sales and Investor Relations since October 2023. Since the reverse listing of ER Capital, her focus has shifted to Investor Relations. Previously, she was Director at the DIVA museum in Antwerp, Belgium, and at BRUTUS in Rotterdam. Eva is trained as a lawyer and political scientist.

Jessica Looij has been working in the real estate sector since 2006. At ER Capital, she is responsible for the commercial and technical management of the property portfolio, as well as overseeing due diligence processes and identifying potential acquisitions. Jessica places great importance on maintaining strong landlord–tenant relationships. She ensures clear communication and smooth interaction between all parties involved.

Lizzy van der Ploeg previously worked at ER Capital. After a brief stint in the real estate agency sector, she has returned to the real estate team. Lizzy is the primary contact for our tenants regarding maintenance and repairs. In addition, Lizzy is currently studying for a higher professional education (HBO) degree in Law.

Monique Rensen was born and raised in Rotterdam. She brings over twenty years of experience in a service-oriented environment. Monique supports the real estate department in managing the property portfolio, with a strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.

Martin Quist started at ER Capital in 2007 while studying Real Estate & Brokerage. Prior to that, he studied Civil Engineering at Delft University of Technology. Until the end of 2022, he was responsible for ER Capital’s closed-end investment division, focusing primarily on managing real estate funds and overseeing the properties in the portfolio. Since then, Martin has concentrated mainly on structuring our investment propositions and maintaining investor relations.

Financial Economics student Niels Stokman is our administrative helping hand who analyses market developments and product comparisons to provide input to the team responsible for ER Capital’s investment propositions.
