ER Capital N.V. (formally: Titan N.V.) is led by an experienced and skilled team of executive and supervisory board members. The Executive Board is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company, the execution of its strategic objectives, and the creation of sustainable value for all stakeholders. The Supervisory Board oversees and advises the Executive Board, ensuring sound governance, effective risk management, and long-term strategic alignment.

Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board plays a key role in safeguarding the company’s long-term interests, overseeing the Executive Board, and advising on various matters. Comprising experienced professionals with diverse international backgrounds in finance, real estate, and corporate oversight, the Board ensures sound decision-making, accountability, and responsible business conduct.
Acting independently from management, the Supervisory Board monitors ER Capital's performance, risk management, and compliance, while supporting the company’s ambition for sustainable growth and innovation. Through its combined expertise, the Board contributes to the integrity, continuity, and resilience of ER Capital’s operations in a dynamic environment.
Georg Werger – Chairman
Georg Werger has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ER Capital (formally: Titan N.V.) since July 2018. He brings extensive experience in corporate governance, particularly within international technology and software companies. His strategic insight and independent perspective support ER Capital's long-term value creation.
Sebo Havinga – Member
Sebo Havinga joined the Supervisory Board on 10 September 2025. From his experience as Partner Tax at Grant Thornton, he brings in-depth expertise in taxation, governance, and risk management within the real estate and investment fund sector.
Mireille Spapens – Member
Mireille Spapens joined the Supervisory Board in September 2025. With her experience as Director of Marketing & Communications at the Dutch Red Cross, she contributes extensive experience in marketing, stakeholder strategy, and societal positioning.

Sebo Eelkman Rooda – CEO
Eelkman Rooda founded ER Capital (the predecessor of the current ER Capital) in 2007, following a career of more than thirty years in financial services and commercial real estate. A business economics graduate from Erasmus University, he started as an independent entrepreneur in Rotterdam in 1993. With deep expertise in strategic management, asset management, and property development — often within Anglo-Saxon organisational structures — he has been the driving force behind ER Capital’s continued growth. Mr Eelkman Rooda is recognised for his analytical acumen, integrity, and a pragmatic, client-focused approach.
Jan B. Sundelin – Boardmember
Jan Sundelin has been CEO of Titan N.V. since 2007 until 30 June 2025. Under his leadership, Titan has grown into a leading provider of digital supply chain solutions. He contributed to defining the company’s strategy, driving growth, and overseeing global expansion. Sundelin brings extensive international experience in the software industry and a proven track record in managing complex organisations.
Zwier van Puijenbroek – Boardmember
Zwier van Puijenbroek was CFO of Titan N.V. until 30 June 2025. In that position, he oversaw financial policy, reporting, risk management, and investment strategy. With a broad background in financial services and business management, Mr Van Puijenbroek brings strong analytical capabilities and international financial governance expertise, contributing to ER Capital's (formally: Titan) financial stability and growth.
