About ER Capital

ER Capital (formerly Titan NV) is a Rotterdam-based company with nearly 20 years of experience. ER Capital NV is a listed company. The company is engaged in initiating real estate investment propositions, managing its own real estate portfolio, and (re)developing sites within its portfolio.

As part of the legal demerger of ER Capital NV (Old), effective 30 June 2025, this entity ceased to exist and all assets and liabilities were transferred under universal succession of title to Titan NV. Titan NV effectively acquired ER Capital and paid for the acquisition through the allotment of new shares. Following this transaction, Titan NV changed its statutory name to ER Capital NV. The trade name on Euronext is ER Capital NV, ticker code: ERC.
