About ER Capital
ER Capital (formerly Titan NV) is a Rotterdam-based company with nearly 20 years of experience. ER Capital NV is a listed company. The company is engaged in initiating real estate investment propositions, managing its own real estate portfolio, and (re)developing sites within its portfolio.
As part of the legal demerger of ER Capital NV (Old), effective 30 June 2025, this entity ceased to exist and all assets and liabilities were transferred under universal succession of title to Titan NV. Titan NV effectively acquired ER Capital and paid for the acquisition through the allotment of new shares. Following this transaction, Titan NV changed its statutory name to ER Capital NV. The trade name on Euronext will remain Titan NV for the time being, and will be changed to ER Capital NV upon approval by Euronext.

Our roots
ER Capital was founded in 2007 in Rotterdam by Sebo Eelkman Rooda — the driving force behind the company’s entrepreneurial vision.
In the mid-1990s, Sebo Eelkman Rooda laid the foundations for several successful ventures in wealth management, private equity and real estate management. These complementary disciplines were brought together in 2007 to form ER Capital, creating an integrated platform for real estate investment, fund structuring and asset management.
With over 30 years of experience in financial services and commercial real estate, Eelkman Rooda combines deep sector expertise with a personal commitment to long-term value creation. Educated in business economics at Erasmus University, his career includes leadership roles within renowned Anglo-Saxon organisations as well as his own ventures. His professional focus spans strategic management, wealth management and real estate development, complemented by several supervisory and non-executive board appointments.
Operating with a compact and highly committed team of 'best of class' professionals, ER Capital has since built a strong track record in Dutch commercial real estate and the successful structuring and placement of property funds. The company focuses primarily on mid-size multi-tenant office buildings and light industrial assets, offering investors access to well-structured real estate investment opportunities.
